Important announcement for Leiden University staff

From now on you need to use your ULCN account to log in and request materials in the Catalogue.

From Monday June 22, the Catalogue will be linked to the Leiden University’s Personal Administration System (SAP). Data of employees and staff will be updated automatically in the Library System. For the time being the link between library and personal administration system does not apply to LUMC staff.
What will change for Leiden University staff?
  • Login with ULCN account
    From now on you need to use your ULCN account to log in to the Catalogue.
  • Messages via U-mail
    Messages from the library, such as reminders and reserve messages, will be sent to you through U-mail. If you prefer to receive messages on a different mail address, please activate mailforwarding in your U-mail.
To collect books and other library material a library pass is still necessary.
Employees without a library pass can request for a pass at the library’s circulation desk. Your library pass will remain valid as long as you are registered as staff at Leiden University.
