New librarian for Social Sciences

With effect from 1 March 2008, Umar Sayyed is the new librarian of the Social Sciences Library. Sayyed formerly worked as a Subject Librarian in the Bushuisbibliotheek, the library of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences of the University of Amsterdam. There, he was active in the collection development in the field of Cultural Anthropology, Social Sciences and Information literacy.
