Order images from our special collections.
Reproduction
You cannot only find the online form on the Special Collections tab in our Catalogue, but also with the object descriptions of items in the catalogue itself. You can easily order a reproduction from Special Collections materials in PDF- or TIFF-format. In case making a digital reproduction is not possible, a staff member will contact you to discuss other options.

Copyright
You can request permission to publish a photograph at the Special Collections Services Department. If you are intending to publish material from our collections then you should make sure you:
- include a proper acknowledgement of the source of the publication: Leiden University Library, [shelf mark]
- provide the library with a copy.
Material subject to copyright may not be published without the additional permission of the copyright holder. The library has no responsibility regarding this copyright.
