NewsAs of May, 2012 a major renovation of the study rooms on the first and second floors of the University Library has started. News about the internal moves, relocations of collections and noise pollution will be announced on our renovation weblog .
On 10 June 2013 we will open the second part of the redecorated reading rooms on the first floor of the University Library. At the same time, the third and final part will be closed for renovation.
Both father Constantijn and son Christiaan Huygens studied at Leiden University. Trace their footsteps in Leiden at the exhibition ‘Huygens in Leiden’, in honour of Huygens Year 2013.
